CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the date of the booking. All cancellations must be made with Jonathan Caldwell or Reception (out of hours) at Newforge. If Newforge Country Club is not informed a minimum of 24 hours before hand, then the booking shall be charged as normal.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Use of prestige pitch for non-representative/contracted sport is subject to approval by Newforge Country Club management. This decision shall be made prior to pitch booking confirmation. Pitches may close to winter sports for the period May - August. This is to carry out essential maintenance and reseeding. Your playing area may be changed at anytime at the discretion of the Estate Manager. Misuse of pitches or facilities may result in a future ban from Newforge Country Club or an extra charge.
